Replacement for Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during transit, we offer a replacement. If return pickup services are available in your area, we will arrange a pickup. If not, you may need to ship the item back to us. In case the same product is unavailable, we will issue a voucher, gift card, or coupon code that you can use for future purchases.
Cancellation and Exchanges: Orders once placed cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product. If an item in your order cannot be processed, we will replace it with an equivalent value item or offer a voucher or coupon code that can be used on future orders.
Custom and Handmade Products: For handmade items with a production timeline (such as Kundan, Jadau, or traditional Kemp jewelry), we will remake the item if it is received damaged. Alternatively, we can offer a voucher, gift card, or coupon code for future use.
International Orders: While we do not offer an exchange policy for international customers, We aim to address any issues based on the specific circumstances. However, we cannot exchange or refund items for international customers.
Delivery Attempts: We recommend ensuring that you or an authorized person is available to receive the package during courier service hours, typically between 9 am to 5 pm IST. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender. You may need to cover the re-shipping costs if a re-delivery is required.
Claims for Non-Delivery: Any claims regarding non-delivery must be made within 24 hours of the order being shipped. Claims made after this window will not be entertained, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Color Variations: Slight variations in color may occur due to digital photography and monitor settings. We assure you that all photos are taken authentically under natural light.
Handmade Irregularities: Slight irregularities in handmade jewelry are a natural result of the crafting process and will not be considered defects for exchange or refund.
Personal Preferences: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences such as the weight, size, or appearance of the jewelry.
Bent Earring Stems: In some cases, earring stems may be bent intentionally to prevent breakage. This is not considered transit damage.
Minor Issues: Minor issues such as beads or stones coming loose during transit can often be fixed with fabric glue and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Bangle Sizes: Please refer to the bangle size chart available on the product page before making a purchase. We do not provide exchanges or refunds for incorrect size orders.
Processing Time: Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days.
Back Ropes: Back ropes provided free of charge during purchase will not be replaced separately if found broken upon receipt. However, we can include them in your next order as a gesture.
Packaging Assurance: We take great care in packing all parcels, whether for domestic or international delivery. Each item is triple-checked for damage and packed securely with bubble wrap in cardboard or plastic boxes. We also provide multiple-angle photos and video demonstrations on our social media channels.
